As a screenwriter, Daphne Charette has penned two assignments, one of which now has Patrick Aluise ('Hooligans' starring Elijah Wood, 'Six Bullets From Now' coproduced with Ridley Scott) attached as producer, and has optioned two original scripts. Her historical epic, THE SWORD AND THE ROSE, has fared well in numerous competitions, and is available to be read online. She also writes fantasy and science fiction. Daphne graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York. She has acted, directed, stage-managed, and covered new scripts for regional theaters.
