British Secret Service Agent JAMES BUMM - code name WHISTLING NOSTRIL - is impotent, slow of reflex but still tough as overcooked sirloin. In his latest clash, he battles PAPILLON, the leader of TURD, and his cronies GORGONZOLA and the gorilla AMAZONIA. He also fights DR. STRANGECOCK, the high priest of SMUT, and his cohorts COLDFINGER and the Three Scrooges - HORNBLOWER, CORKSCREW and SALTPETER.

In these engagements, James has the help of ANNIE-GETS-YOUR-GUN, the head of ORGY, along with CLEO, TITTY-BANG-BANG and LIZ and her Leaping Libbers. James also tackles the doctor's Transsexual, Eunuchs, Moonies, Ghosts, the Great White shark Maws and a Frankenstein monster called PILE DRIVER.

It is a fun story loaded with action, gadgets, cliffhangers and sex.
