Lisa Ford's teleplay
WAKING BEAUTY (for the HBO Original Series DEADWOOD) was a semifinalist
in the 2004 Disney
Writing Fellowship Program.
Lisa's sci-fi screenplay,
CHANGE,
was a quarterfinalist in the 2004 Nicholl Screenwriting Fellowship.
Her coming-of-age drama, THE
KING OF NOTHING, placed as a semifinalist in the 2001 fellowship,
and ATLANTIS was a finalist in the Austin Film Festival. She
has optioned three screenplays.
Lisa's newest feature-length
screenplay, LUCID, is a supernatural drama.
Lisa is a professor
at Tompkins Cortland Community College in New York where she teaches
screenwriting and academic writing courses.
